This inviting home was completed September 2023 and was professionally designed by Katie Grace Designs with no detail spared. From the elevated artwork to the coastal blue tones found throughout the residence, you will feel at peace the moment you take your shoes off and sit on the couch. The first floor offers an open concept main living space that connects the living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a butler's pantry, and bar stool seating for 5 guests. The stylish dining table provides seating for 10 guests and a custom breakfast nook provides additional seating or a great spot to work on a puzzle or play cards late into the night. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bathroom, a laundry room with two washers and dryers, and a screened-in porch with views on the private pool and fire-pit.

The second floor welcomes a private bedroom with a balcony overlooking the nature preserve and pool. This bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next bedroom is the master suite which is complete with a king size bed, sitting nook, and private bathroom with a soaking tub, and walk-in steam shower. There are two more bedrooms on this floor each with king size beds and private bathrooms. There is a second laundry room on this floor, too.

The third floor offers a bunk room for all the littles to enjoy and create vacation memories together. This custom-built bunk room offers two twin singles, a king single and two twin beds over a king bed (photo is in the gallery). There is a full bathroom on this floor and a beverage station with a cooler and ice maker. The game room is the perfect spot to spend together watching a movie or playing a game of billiards. Enjoy a pool table, shuffleboard table, and a card table. There is a staircase on this floor that leads to the fourth-floor tower. The tower has seating and a bar area while providing beautiful views of Watercolor, Seaside, and peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The outdoor space of this home is as grand as the interior! Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the screened-in porch and end your day sitting by the fire-pit surrounded by friends and family. If you are up for a little competition, there is a ping pong table by the fire-pit. There is a private pool (can be heated for $65/day) and chaise lounge chairs for your enjoyment and comfort. The outdoor kitchen is a great amenity this Watercolor vacation rental offers, including a gas grill, beverage refrigerator, sink and countertop space for meal prep. - Parking for 3 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- This home has a video/audio capturing doorbell mounted by the door and/or exterior cameras for safety.
- 14 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
