Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Compass Point is a bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom WaterColor home that comfortably sleeps 12. Located near the Gulf Coast in the beautiful Crossings II community of WaterColor, this home has numerous amenities, including beach access, tennis courts, and multiple pools. Guests will love this home's private outdoor paradise with a saltwater pool, sitting spa, and TV.

This 2-story home features fresh, coastal architecture and tons of natural light. The group's chef will be thrilled in this kitchen with the spacious quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. Open a bottle of wine and gather around the expansive island while dinner cooks! In the living room, bask in the sunlight from the 3 sets of French doors overlooking the serene backyard and woodlands. Step outside to swim in the saltwater pool surrounded by private fencing. There's seating for up to 10 guests, a 65" TV, and a basketball net for you to enjoy! After swimming and shooting hoops, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a separate tub and shower on the first floor. A sink in the laundry room is perfect for washing delicate items.

Head up the stairs to find 3 guest bedrooms and an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds. One guest bedroom has a king bed with access to a private porch. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 1 twin-over-full bunk bed and a full sleeper sofa. All the guest bedrooms have a private bathroom.
