Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico and tucked away from the crowds of Scenic 30A, this spacious retreat offers a private heated pool, scenic lake views, and glimpses of the Gulf.

    First Floor:
    The ground level features a bunk room with four twin beds, a full bathroom, garage access, and direct entry to the private pool area.

    Second Floor:
    The main living level offers an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, wet bar, dining area, and fully renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and seating for up to 16 between the dining table and breakfast bar. Two king guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, and both overlook the pool and lake.

    Third Floor:
    The top floor includes a queen guest suite with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake, plus a luxurious primary suite featuring a king bed, spa-style bathroom, walk-in closet, and private Gulf-view balcony. A wine cooler, Keurig bar and laundry area are conveniently located between the bedrooms.

    Outdoor Living:
    Relax by the private heated pool surrounded by ample seating and sun loungers. A private walkway leads to the lakeshore, while multiple balconies provide peaceful spots to enjoy Gulf breezes and sunset views.

    *Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please note that the electric pool heater may not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F.

Pines and Palms

At the end of the road where the pine trees meet the palms, you will fall asleep to songs of the frogs and the waves. This home is located on the edge of a pond and a short walk to the white sands of the coast.

Family Beach Vacay 2022

The property was outstanding. The space is very open and roomy as we had 12 people at the property. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. It was nice to have the additional refrigerators and washer/dryers for the trip. Short walk to the beach. Great pool in the back! Would DEFINITELY go back!

This house had it all! It had a ton of space, all the beach gear you need, a GREAT kitchen and location. We can’t wait to go back.

4th of July in Fl

Overall this was a great house. It was super close to the beach and I loved that we were on a dead-end road so there was no traffic and it was so quiet. My only problem was the pool. The pool had sand at the bottom when we got there and I felt like the pool was not cleaned while we were there at all. Lots of dead bugs at the bottom of it. Other than this 1 thing I felt like the house itself was gorgeous and it was 100% what we wanted and asked for.

Lovely home in scenic and convenient setting.

Larger and nicer than photos. Large newly furnished pool deck plus recently sodded rear yard which fronts a quiet and peaceful lake. Ocean views from front with easy beach access. Numerous furnished balconies, porches. Inside was clean and comfortable.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We LOVED this house! It had everything you needed, plus so close to the beach! The house is spacious and beautiful and so wonderfully renovated. Absolutely the nicest house we’ve rented on 30A. The garage had tons of outdoor equipment. We watched the ocean on the front porch and the lake on the back. Just perfect! I’d love to know the paint color of the walls - I’d love to paint my house the same color. The kitchen is so well-equipped. We cooked dinner every night. Lots of dishes and measuring cups and pots. The only recommendation I’d add is a 4 qt pot for pasta, but we used a 3 qt and it was as fine. I think there should be a happy renter returning discount!

Great location

This property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The back of the house had access to a pond where we rented kayaks. The house was well equipped.

Details

We arrived and check in was simple. The property manager, Julia, was great with communication. The problems were with cleanliness And maintenance. The home has been remodeled and is lovely in decor. However I went to get something that fell in the sofa and their were so many food crumbs, hairs etc and it was disgusting. Toilet paper rods falling of walls, rust all around home and pool walls were green and not scrubbed. Unsure if owner lives nearby to see these things. Half of our group wouldn’t use the pool because of condition. Lots of windows in need of replacing as well. If my home, would want to know and especially have maintenance And cleaning crew fix these problems. 24 years on 30A and worst rental condition. Wanted to love it :(

family getaway

great family getaway, nice pool in the back for social distancing. we brought our family, grandparents, and in-laws with young children and we all had a great time. it is also just a very short walk to the beach. very clean house with plenty of space to spread out or gather in the large living room. would definitely recommend.

It’s All Good

We had such a great time staying in this house. It is spacious and comfortable, and we had 13 people. The pool is awesome to have at the end of the day! We also had a great time kayaking on the lake behind us. Everything was perfect!

Perfect location and amenities

This house was great for our extended family of 12. The beach was an easy walk down the street with a flat access and the pool was great when we were tired of the beach. There were plenty of areas to get away from the larger group and plenty of room for us to be together as well. The bar with wine fridge and ice maker was great. The beds and linens were comfortable. The best thing was that the garage was FULL of beach toys, chairs, wagons, bikes, life jackets, etc. You won’t need to rent any chairs or wagons. If we come back with a group, I will stay here again.

Wonderful home - great vacation!!!

Seven of my dearest friends and I (all of us in our late fifties-mid sixties) spent three nights in this home and had a blast! The walk to the beach wasn't difficult and the beach was beautiful. The pool at the house was nice, but wasn't as clean as it should have been. We reported the problem, but no one ever showed up to clean the pool. We didn't use the pool much because of this issue; the swarming love bugs also made things unpleasant, but of course we understand that they are seasonal. Overall, we had a great time and would rent this property again.
