We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Santa Rosa Beach. The promixity to the beach and pool, the gated complex and the first floor location were all perfect for our family. We had an amazing week at San Remo 30A! The condo was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location for our family vacation. Christie was an exceptional host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

I would love to keep this place a secret to myself! We have stayed at many places on the Emerald Coast and this wins my favorite of all time hands down. The gated property is tucked away in a private area for a small resort feel. No parking garage with front door parking was a game changer for our crew. The pool was right out our back porch and the beach was a breeze away on the boardwalk. The host was friendly and made it easy to communicate and stay in touch. The decor was eclectic with warm textures. It met all our 30A beach vacation needs and we will come back. We enjoyed everything about San Remo!

Cozy and clean! All the amenities you could ask for. Parking right by front door made for easy unloading and loading car. Note that the top shelf in Left kitchen cabinet where blender is- loose and tips down. Short walk to the beach was perfect and we we enjoyed morning workouts in the gym! Coffee in the outdoor living area was private and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!
