Welcome to this fabulous GULF-FRONT condo. As you enter your beach retreat, you are welcomed by the beautiful decor and breathtaking views of the Gulf. Throughout the unit attention to detail is evident from the luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Carrera marble counter tops and a fabulous backsplash. There are classic coastal furnishings throughout that invite you into each room to relax and unwind. Free secure WiFi high speed Internet and cable TV can be accessed throughout the condo. This 4 bedroom unit has a king-sized bed in the master (with en-suite bathroom), a king bed in the front bedroom ( with en-suite bathroom), a middle bedroom with one king bed and the fourth bedroom is well-appointed for children with two sets of bunk beds. An additional bathroom is located between the bunk room and the middle guest bedroom.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful property with excellent views! Enjoyed the location with close proximity to restaurants, ice cream and convenient store. Plenty of space for family of 8. We opted to rent chairs/umbrella which was convenient and worth the extra cost for our family. As previous reviews mention, the property is next to a busy public beach but there was always plenty of room on the private beach in front of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Everything !

This is a beautiful condo, with a gorgeous view, and a perfect location ! It is decorated so beautifully yet comfortable and inviting. They thought of everything you could need ! The kitchen is very well stocked . There are beach towels. Soft sheets and towels . Plenty of space! Can’t wait to go again!

Amazing place

We had such a good time at this condo. It fit 6 adults and 2 small kids with room to spare. It was clean and they left us a nice little welcome. We will definitely be booking here for next year!

Nicely renovated and well stocked Condo

We had a great condo, Norma Jean was great to work with. She reached out a month prior to let us know the elevators would likely be worked on/ sadly we weren’t able to use them at all during our stay. We had internet issues twice but they resolved quickly. The location was the biggest challenge- it was nice to be across from Gulf Place for dining but being directly adjacent to the public beach access was a big challenge. If you want to see the water from the beach you have to rent the chairs because they take the ENTIRE front row- that was a $500 expense and they don’t police the private beach with the armbands that we received, so it was beyond crowded. Our kids spent the entire week at a friends’ beach about a mile down the coast, which was disappointing. The property was very nice and well stocked though. I imagine if you visit on the off season, it would be perfect!

30A condo

Condo was as advertised. Right on the beach, great view, awesome location to shops/bars. 3 couples - well stocked kitchen. Property manager contacted us ahead of time as there was some construction on the 2 other buildings and pool was closed. Loved the place!

Wonderful Vacation!

This property was absolutely wonderful! The pictures are just as it was and had all the amenities you need at the beach. The view is unbeatable and the walk to the beach is easy (especially with kids). Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and made our stay easy and comfortable. I would 100% return for another stay!

Dow by Sea Again!

We had a great visit again at the property. The condo was in great shape, and the new renovations were refreshing. The pool was in great shape. The property manager was in touch with us frequently. We love the location here, the beach and the proximity of everything. We always look forward to visiting here. I prefer this Santa Rosa area over all other areas in 30A and Destin.

The unit was great! it was spacious, decorated nicely and family friendly. Beachfront unit with great views. Easy beach access. it was right across the street from Gulf Place shopping. Eats, shops, ice cream and more.

fantastic fun1

Beautiful condo with the perfect view of beach and ocean. Not a huge complex so privacy and gated parking was great! Location wonderful for anything on 30A. Rented chairs and umbrellas...they were set up every morning for us :) Loved our vacation and will definitely come back to Dow at the Sea!

Incredible location and property

We have been to Dune Allen the last three years and have frequented the Gulf Place plaza. The property was so convenient and beautiful. The condo was gorgeous and perfectly suited for our family. The pool and beach could not have been better either. We loved the convenience of the place, and the decor was exquisite. We will likely stay here again if it’s ever available...I wanted to add three days more just because we loved it so much. The balcony gave me ample opportunities to just listen to the waves and relax! Thank you for allowing us to stay in such an incredible place!

Great stay!

Really loved staying at Villas Santa Rosa Beach! The condo was beautiful and a perfect location to the beach, but the beach was a little crowded since it is next to a public beach. Other than that, it was fabulous!

Wonderful property!

My family has been visiting the area for many years, and this property was an all time favorite. Very tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained with a great location to amenities resulted in a wonderful visit. We look forward to returning again!

Loved our stay!

Beautiful, and very well-stocked with supplies as well as kitchen equipment. The only complaint would be the cook top. We like to cook, but not crazy about the cook top. Overall we enjoyed the unit, the space, the location. and loved the perfect weather we had for the whole week.

Perfect long-needed beach stay

Our beach experience at the Villas this week was just what we needed! The condo was even better in person than what you see online. Everything was perfectly clean and so comfortable. The balcony was very spacious and the views were so so nice. Norma couldn't have been any more helpful and answers her phone any time you have a question. We definitely want to come back soon!

Super condo

The condo is super cute and comfy, Norma is very nice and easy to work with! The beach is just steps away. The local restaurants are great too. The area and beach are a bit more crowded than we like, I think because it’s right next to public access.

Family Vacation

Perfect location! Beautifully decorated. Prefect size for our families. The bunk room was great for the kids. Access to pool and beach was great. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Norma had great suggestions on things to do and where to eat. The condo was well appointed with great views. The balcony was great to sit on in the evenings and watch the moonrise and the people crabbing on the beach. Not in the hustle and bustle of Destin, but not far from there. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Our family stayed two weeks here and had one of the best vacations ever. The villa and furnishings were updated, and the kitchen was the best supplied and equipped that we’ve ever rented. Added to all this, Norma couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. We’re already planning our next visit!

Great view and convenient location

Very nice condo. Balcony has a great view and access to beach is fairly convenient. Sitting right across the street from shops and restaurants was a plus also. Would definitely recommend this condo and location.

Perfectly situated right on the beach and steps from shopping, eating and activities.

This property was wonderful for our family of 7. We could easily flow from beach to condo with the kids. We have stayed many times in Destin and 30A area and this property had it all! Proximity to beach, gorgeous decor, across the street from eateries and shopping, heated pool, and gorgeous view of the beach and sunsets.
