IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL



All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, which includes a waiver for use of the golf cart and bicycles, and allows us to register your party for WaterColor HOA wristbands for the amenities. The primary guest must also provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.



Minimum Booking Age: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
