Our Gulf front unit 214 ,on a private beach, is a perfect place for a restful, fun, and all around wonderful vacation. Our balcony creates an extra room and is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful views of the beach, etc..
The 4 bedroom 3 bath beautifully decorated Gulf front condo at Blue Lupine is the perfect place for your family vacation. This quiet community is nestled on the south side of Scenic Hwy 30A in close proximity to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach and fabulous restaurants , Borago, 30A Thai
,Mimmo, Red Fish Taco, the Creamery, Cowgirl’s Kitchen and more!,,
Blue Mountain Beach is conveniently located about 20 minutes east of Destin and 20 minutes west of Panama City Beach with lots of shopping, dining, and recreation choices including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf, and the new Pier Park complex in Panama City. In addition, there are numerous golf courses and fishing charter companies located from Destin to Panama City, and several bike/kayak rental shops along the 30A corridor with several being conveniently located in Blue Mountain, and they do deliver!

Our 2nd floor condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the open kitchen, living, and dining room areas. Upscale coastal decor & warm lighting offer a rich feeling of 'tropical elegance' at it's best! Fully equipped kitchen hosts an eat-in breakfast bar and laundry closet with washer & dryer. The large Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool, hot tub, beaches and is a perfect place to enjoy some incredible sunsets. Master suite fronts the Gulf with king bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and is private from the other bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and private bath. 3rd bedroom has twin beds and shares the main hall bath. The day room is perfect for a single adult or 2 children. A crib is available for the smallest of guests. In addition, all linens, and some beach towels are provided.
Blue Lupine houses only 48 units and has many amenities; included are wireless internet service, fully equipped exercise room, tropically decorated 50' sky-lit atrium, gated, covered garage, Gulf front heated pool & hot tub, on-site security during season, elevators located in lobby and garage, direct gated beach access from the pool area, and community grill located at the lobby entrance. Also, beach chair/umbrella rental setups are available for delivery to your favorite spot on the beach.

'The Beaches of South Walton' is a unique area that is famous for our emerald green Gulf waters, sugar white sand beaches, and rare dune lakes. We welcome the opportunity to assist you with your vacation. Please check our calendar for availability.

10/10. One of our favorite places to have ever stayed. Very peaceful and quiet which is what we were looking for on this trip. Spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of home. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook wonderful meals. The condo location is convenient to all amenities on the property. Beautiful views including at night when you can see all of the stars. We loved the Blue Mountain area because it is not over-crowded. Bakery which is close by was very good. Owner and property manager were available if needed but we had no issues while staying here. Hope to stay here again.

Excellent proximity to beach and pool. Extremely clean and property was phenomenal. We came with two young adults, two adults in their 50’s and two in their 70’s. Comfortable and accessible for all. The patio was a huge seller for us. You can hear the waves roll in from the balcony! Communication from owner and property manager was fantastic.

Just Perfect

We LOVED staying at this unit at Blue Mountain Condos! The view was fantastic, accomodations were comfortable, and communication was easy. This is definitely a rental that is someone's actual vacation spot (vs. an income property only) so it felt cozy and homey, which was perfect for us. This was our first time doing a condo instead of a house so I was worried about noise from neighbors, but we didn't really notice much. The hot tub is close to the balcony so you can hear that when you're out there and it's on, but that was pretty rare in the middle of summer. The building was clean as well and felt updated/well-maintained... definitely would stay again!

Fabulous!!!

We could not have had a better time or a better place to stay. Condo was just as described. Pool and hot tub were fabulous and beach was just off our balcony. Everything we needed was covered and owner and local property manager could not have been more helpful. We absolutely loved everything about thus condo and its location. We will definitely return!

Best vacay ever

Wife and I had 6 kids with us from 10-19. Everyone loved the condo, the beach and the pool. Absolutely amazing patio to enjoy the views.

Best Ever!!!

Ok. Most beach places feel, I don't know, too beachy. This is a home. From absolutely everything you need in the kitchen to cozy furniture, books, art. You name it. Ticked off every box. I cannot imagine a better place to stay. This is a super family friendly property. Supreme communication. We stayed in another unit down the hall last year and this one was 100% better! Go out onto the balcony and see the waves. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Wonderful property

Wonderful beachfront property! Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The property manager was great as well. We had an incident where my four year old pressed the wrong button on the keypad locking us out and he answered the phone immediately and told us where to find a physical key and how to reset the keypad. :)

Great beachfront condo!

This is a great condo right on the water! It is actually more spacious than the photos make it seem. It was clean and provided plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is probably the best equipped of any beach rental we've been in! Getting to the beach is quick and easy. We also enjoyed the pool every day. The property manager was very on top of things and answered any questions right away. I do wish we had been given a warning about the beach chair situation. Our family typically uses a pop up tent, which are not allowed on this beach. We have been coming to 30A for over 30 years and have never heard this rule before. We ended up going to Wal-Mart to buy umbrellas, which we could have brought from home had we known. Almost the entire beach in front of the property is taken up by rental chairs. There is very little room on either side to set up your own chairs and umbrellas. The property on either side is also "private" so you are not allowed to set up outside of this condo's property. It would be nice if there was more room for those who do not wish to rent (very overpriced) chairs and umbrellas, especially because most days at least half of them are not being used. It seems like it's a tactic to force guests to use this rental company for beach gear, which is think is extremely unfortunate. We enjoyed our time very much, but were just surprised about all this!

Beautiful place!

This condo is absolutely beautiful - big and spacious and on a private beach and perfect for the 7 of us. The unit was furnished with just about everything we could ever need and the huge deck overlooking the ocean was the best part of it all. Although, we did have quite a few unforeseen circumstances in our unit, the owner and property manager could not have handled it better with prompt attention and great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming

What a gem! Our family loved everything about Muffin's property. The location was perfect. It was tucked away in a cute neighborhood with loads of privacy. We like the size of the condo, too, which has a resort-like feel. It's nicely landscaped and well-taken care of. The condo itself is eclectic in decor. I've never stayed in a beach home with such interesting furniture and details. It is obvious that this home is a special place for the owners. Lots of personal details and care. The ocean view from the porch was perfect and we loved the enormous outside space. I would highly recommend this property. Our family is looking forward to renting from Muffin next year!

Very nice condo in Blue Mountain Beach

We (mom, dad, grandpa, and two young children) very much enjoyed our stay in this condominium. The second floor deck has a great direct view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub are close by for the kids. The private beach directly in front of the property was easy to get to and never crowded. The Blue Mountain Beach shopping area is within walking distance on a wide walking/running/bike path, and restaurants and other amenities are about one to two miles away along the path in either Gulf Place or Grayton Beach.

The Balcony!

Easily our Favorite part about this rental was the large balcony with ample seating and a great view! It was so relaxing to lay on the couch or sit in the rocking chair or around the table with family while listening to the ocean waves. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 (could easily accommodate 8). The dining table was nice and big for our dinners in since we did not want to eat out with covid precautions. The kitchen has almost too much stuff but everything you need to cook meals! Overall good stay.

This was our fourth time in Blue Mountain Beach We love it! The unit has a great location. The communication with the property manager was very good. The unit was clean but it needs a little TLC.

Home away from home

We had such an incredible vacation. The place was clean, had beautiful ocean view, and awesome accommodations. The property manager checked in with us before the trip, during, and after to make sure everything went smoothly. We were even able to check in way before our official check in time. We would recommend this place and come again.

Family vacation

The unit is spacious with plenty of seating both for dining and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. Lay out allows for privacy. The deck with the beautiful ocean view and ample seating is the best! Would definitely recommend.
