Nice place centrally located. Property need golf cart access to be able to access the beach because of parking. Overall nice place

Supplies

The house was stocked so minimally. No hangers, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, no paper towels, not a single spice in house. House was supposed to be 4 beds 4-1/2 bath. It was 4 beds 3-1/2 bath. Had to put my sister and her husband in hotel.

Great vacation stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved staying here for Thanksgiving! Great family home for a small holiday gathering. The location is fairly convenient to the beach, the grocery store, Destin, and more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at Dolphin Watch! This is a new construction home in an up and coming area without the hustle and bustle down East on 30A. The property was as advertised and very clean. Michael was very pleasant to work with and was always responsive to questions and info about things such as a loose towel holder or dripping faucet. Would definitely rent here again. Very personable people running/ working for this company. Don't sleep on this side of 30A. Stinky's has an expansive menu that is delicious lunch and dinner, and don't miss out on Stinky's Bait Shop for breakfast, snacks, and drinks throughout the day, and live music at night! Disclaimer: make sure you research golf cart laws and the private beach laws. They didn't affect our trip but many newcomers may have a learning curve with those.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, beautiful, and spacious. We had everything we needed and more. The home accommodated our family nicely. You could easily walk to the beach access or take a bike/golf cart. The community pool was close by and gave an option to break up the day. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and private. Also easy access to the beach and subdivision pool. Host was always available if we had any questions he get back to us asap this make our stay that much easier. We enjoy bike rides to the beach and Stinky’s restaurant all walking distance or bike ride from our home. We will definitely come back.
