    “Reel Paradise 30a” is an updated family friendly, ground floor unit that sits just off the pool deck and is only steps from the beach access. The gated back patio allows for quick access to the pool and beach! Located on the quiet west end of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach and walkable to many eateries. Beach service of 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 umbrella included in March - October reservations!

    IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    o Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement and provide ID
    o Tents not allowed on beach (umbrellas only) per HOA policy
    o NO PETS - we are unable to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies
    o Renter must be 25 years or older
    o Home is protected by Nest Doorbell camera and building has 24/7 surveillance.

    Check in 4 P.M., check out 10 A.M.

    Cancelation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.

    AIRPORT INFORMATION
    Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City and is approximately 40 minutes from the condo.
    Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 60 minutes from the condo.
    If flying into 30a, we highly recommend setting up transportation prior to your arrival. On demand car services (Uber/Lyft) are often not available.

This condo is amazing! We’ve stayed in the 30A area over many summers (first trip daughters were 1 and 3; this one they are 17 and 20). The amenities provided were beyond anyplace else we’ve rented! The beach access is not overcrowded and the rental set up is super convenient. We will be back next summer!

Our family loves this property and this was our third stay if my memory is accurate. It never disappoints and usually exceeds our expectations. Amy has always been available, friendly, flexible and helpful with anything needed of the host/owner. Her care and attention to detail also show up in all the little things included among the amenities of the condo... extra beach chairs & equipment, baby stuff, games, books, utensils, etc. The condo is always clean, well maintained and very comfortable, easily accommodating our family of 8 in this last trip. What sets it apart most is the location on the first floor backing up to the pool deck and the beach just beyond. The first time we booked, I thought this might come at the cost of less privacy or noise from the pool but neither have been an issue. I would stay her again and highly recommend to anyone.

Great family stay

Had a lovely stay here with family including a 6 month old baby. Very family friendly unit and great location close to the pool and beach! Would definitely stay again!

Amy was so wonderful to work with. Very accommodating. Everything is very easily accessible and the beach is very private. It was perfect for our family and would love to stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our relaxing family vacation! The first floor unit had easy and close access to the pool and beach. They also included extra beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels. It is very family friendly as they also had a pack and play, booster seat, and many other children’s items on hand to use. Communication with the host was great, and the unit was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great time at Reel Paradise! The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. You can’t get any closer to the beach!

Perfect Condo

The property was wonderful for our family and the location is great. We loved the access directly to the pools and the condo came with a large amount of beach toys/chairs. The owner was extremely helpful and very fast at responding! We’re already discussing staying there next year!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time and would HIGHLY recommend this condo!! It’s so convenient, just steps to the pool, hot tub, and a quick walk to the beach. It was spacious, gorgeous, and very welcoming. The location is perfect!! Beach is private and not over crowded!! We will be back!!

Perfect

This property is amazing! It is super clean. I love the attention to details. Everything you need is at your fingertips. From monogrammed bedding to custom stainless cups, it’s all perfect. The access to the pool, the hot tub and the beach are unbeatable. We enjoyed every minute of our time here and can’t wait to return!

Easy Vacation!

We loved staying at this property! We stayed in the same condominium complex last year, but didn’t have a water facing room. This year, we stayed in Amy’s place and loved it! We didn’t have a full sweeping view of the ocean but being on that first floor, walking straight out to the pool & beach was the greatest! Especially when you have kids and all the stuff you have to haul to the beach! So easy! Having beach towels, chairs, cooler, and sand toys all provided by the host was a perk as well! Less to pack from home! Not to mention all the kids stuff in the condo as well. We didn’t need it but as a family who traveled with babies before, that stuff makes it so much easier when it’s already there! Communication with Amy was fast and efficient! We will definitely be back!

One of the Best

My family has spent a week in this part of the gulf coast 12 times in the past 14 years and this was our favorite rental. We started in Destin and migrated east over the years until settling on Blue Mountain as our preferred beach/area and we love the Blue Lupine properties where we've stayed multiple times. What made this rental the best was its location in the complex. Being ground floor with a back patio that opens up to the pool area put us so close to the beach and just a few steps away from great ocean views. I spent more time at the pool and beach than I typically do just because it was so convenient. Of course, the rental itself is important and this one is well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We used the 3 quality beach chairs every day and it saved us from having to make room to bring our own. The 3 bedrooms and shared areas provided plenty of space for my family of 6 adults to be together and still spread out when needed. Check-in/check-out and all procedures were simple and well communicated and we had no issues of any kind (which often isn't the case in experience). The last thing I'll highlight is the Blue Lupine and location itself. We love it here because it is on the beach with good beach set-up service, is easy to get in and out of (with garage parking) yet feels secluded, and is near great biking trails, restaurants and snack stops. I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
