"Mejorar atención en restaurante"

"What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!"

"I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. "Todo ok"

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Better have good legs to go up to restaurant and in general depending what room you get. Food was great. The View was amazing with excellent staff. Also if you are getting away from the noise. This is the place"

"La habitación cumplió con las expectativas en cuanto a la limpieza, el desayuno con la vista del lago no tiene precio y definitivamente el área de los jardínes con el lago como paísaje brinda un beneficio adicional a la estancia que muchos hoteles del área no cuentan."

"La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable"

Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h"

"The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We’re able to get travel from the hotel just talked to the reception desk. They are very helpful ."

"Great"
