Been to a few budget friendly hotels in Santa Barbara and this hotel is the cleanest, well maintained rooms out of all of them. Bed was very comfortable as if it was new, rooms are very quite since u can park your car right in front of your room and cant hear any vehicles or traffic..will definitely stay again

Very clean. Was newly remodeled but had no hangers yet. Adequate parking. Bathroom window needed to be propped open but good exhaust fan in the bathroom. Some traffic noise but kept the room fan on and slept all night

The front desk attendant, D, was very nice and welcoming! The hotel was located less than 10 minutes from the downtown area where we needed to be this past weekend. There were a handful of places to eat that were walking distance, too. This place was perfect for our budget.
