"Lovely staff, good breakfast and lovely area to be in. Understand with the weather at the moment, but the room ran very hot. A fan was provided but it wasn’t enough."

"What a lovely place to stay, the location was great with parking nearby. Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs. The lovely continental breakfast and fresh coffee was a real treat."

"When I first got into the room and opened the shower door, there was a horrible smell - think it was the drains. Luckily it dissipated before I went to bed and never came back - stayed for 2 nights. Location fabulous overlooking the beach and went to sleep with the sound of the waves ( very hot - window wide open ). Breakfast very good with a very lovely view. Staff friendly and helpful without being 'in your face'. Great location with Donkey Sanctuary, Wildheart Animal Sanctuary,...

"Elizabeth and Martin were perfect hosts and nothing too much trouble. The location was perfect for us and near great restaurants and pubs beside river. Breakfasts cooked to order and perfection...even the poached eggs just right. Nice courtyard in back with gazebo seating and lots of flowers. We were there on hottest weekend of year so bedroom very hot but nothing could have been done about it...ag least windows opened and was a large ceiling fan in room. Would have preferred king bed but knew...
