"Place was clean and simple. We were there to go to The Ark, and it was very close and convenient. Staff was nice. Wish coffee & breakfast was a bit better, but overall it’s a good place for a budget. Would stay there again."

"Staff kept the place very clean. Tables kept clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful with an issue that I had. Within walking distance to the Ark Encounter. One thing for me that was a negative, is that they do not take cash, only credit or debit cards . That may not be an issue with most, but wanted to mention so others are informed. Also they do charge for parking. $7.00 a day. "

"Rooms are clean. The walls are thin and can hear people on both sides of the room. Breakfast is good for something quick. Staff are very friendly and accommodating when we needed anything."

"Breakfast was basic, with hot waffles but no proteins. Air conditioner worked fine. Room was clean but furniture worn. "

"This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! "
