"Mike was very friendly and exhibited wonderful customer service. We asked for someone to sweep sand from a specific area in our unit and he came through like a breath of fresh air and swept AND mopped the ENTIRE unit! He was great!"

"Great place to stay, all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Amanda on reception was very welcoming and helped with anything we needed. Dolphin Cove is a great place to stay, the room was large and clean. The restaurant also cooks great food! Would highly recommend"

"Hotel felt homie and safe. All staff was super friendly. Resort is a bit dated, but I wasnt mad at it at all. They are upgrading little by little amd said next time we could request an updated room. We did have termites in our room, but once reported they came and recleaned our room, did some spraying and we were good from then on.would definitely recommended"

"Offered some good tours. I just wouldn't do the island tour. The cave tour was awesome! The dolphin encounter was wonderful. The bonfire was fun. We did things on our own sunset Cruise was super fun. Just be prepared to spend money on cabs as everything is on canals and is not very walkable. Other than that we had an incredible time"

"Clean room. Good air conditioning. Water pressure is too low. Priced a little high. Delapitated hotel in front of property is gross. It negatively affects first impression."

"Ms. Kay's Cottage was a nice place to rest during a busy trip to Freeport. Sarah and Ms. Kay were very kind and hospitable upon checkin. Sarah was quick to communicate about the property before and during my stay. It was nice to have a kitchen for meal prep and they space was very nice. They do have very friendly cats and this is a pet friendly space. Make sure you not that as you plan your trip. They do offer AC but ask that it be set very high. Bring a personal fan if you are not used to 78 degree temps while sleeping. Overall it was a private and and fairly quite place to stay with very pleasant hots. "

"The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The bedrooms very large as were the bathrooms good size. Outside was nice well maintained pool. Lots of birds to watch. Walking distance to everything. .Host could be reach anytime as well as manager.We highly recommend this location."
