"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly people at the reception. But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy. And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended. "

"All of the staff we interacted with couldn’t have been more helpful. Front desk were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. Hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms were lovely. Although we didn’t eat in the hotel, the Angel Bar was lovely for pre/post dinner drinks "

Tek eksik olarak prizleri söyleyebilirim, bize mi öyle denk geldi bilmiyorum ancak ikili odada kaldık ve yatağın yakınında priz yoktu mecbur banyoya takmak zorunda kaldık ekstra cihazı. "Wonderful, clean room with a balcony! Flexible checkin and checkout time. Perks mentioned in other reviews were all included, including one complimentary apertivo & 45 minutes in their small spa area. The spa was the only disappointment as the chemicals were so strong they burned our eyes and made us cough. But the spa is really not necessary to have a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options! The minibar with juices, water, snacks, coffee & teas refilled each day was a nice little extra."

"Beautiful hotel in quieter area away from crowds but still just a few blocks from most major attractions. My only disappointment is we booked two identical rooms (Deluxe Double or Twin Room, River View) and one was a big bright corner room on the top floor while the other was small and dark and directly above lobby bar and music was loud. Aside from that everything was wonderful. "
