"The apartment is at the second floor of a town house close to the main square. It is nicely equipped and offers everything we needed. At the hot temperatures, climatization was a big relief when returning from our daily trips to Florence, Arezzo etc. which are all nereby. We can also strongly recommend a visit to Fattoria La Vialla in Castiglion Fibocchi. Anastasia was very helpful and also provided detailed information prior to our arrival. "The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night."
