Quiet court, located 2 streets South past Belmont park, a close walk to the restaurants, shops, and amusement park. Vacationers LOVE our location. Very open floor plan for relaxing, grilling and enjoying after your fun day! 3 Flatscreen TV's with DirectTV channels and On Demand. Smart TV in the family room, where you can stream your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There is a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. A new full size futon is in the family room for extra guests. Kitchen, family room open up with a folding door to the deck, it is a nice big room to gather after a day at the beach or sightseeing! This is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex.
