Just as advertised! Wonderfully clean, absolutely comfortable, with a large deck for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful view. From big touches (a great gas firepit!) to small touches (Kleenex boxes!) to a Keurig for morning coffee on the patio watching the sunrise. Fantastic place for spending your vacation, as it’s located close to all those San Diego sights.

Great location. Great beach house.

Easy to check in. Didn’t make us clean up everything on check out like most rentals do. Good communication with the rental owner. Perfect for family get togethers.

Great place lovely hosts!

Loved this condo. Perfect location. Enjoyed watching all the wildlife on the bay right outside the window every morning, and it’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach side. The owners were really lovely and helpful- their son even helped me park my car in a tight spot once! Definitely planning to stay here again next year. Highly recommend.

Incredible patio time

The location is great as you can walk to almost everything including a very short walk to the ocean. The condo is very roomy and has everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Our favorite part was relaxing on the patio overlooking the bay, watching boats, people and the jumping Mullet fish. I absolutely want to stay here again.

A gem in Mission Beach

Our family loved staying at Suzi’s beach condo! The place was clean and stocked with beach toys, towels, nice chairs and tons of cooking/ grilling supplies. Suzi was a wonderful, accommodating and organized host. The condo had the best view of Mission Bay to relax, watch the kids and have coffee in the am or a drink at sunset. Can’t wait to stay there again!

The kitchen was so well stocked with pans pots. They had everything.a big refrigerator, Keurig and coffee pot. View from living room patio and one bedroom was amazing. Patio had a fit pit and four chairs and a dining table with six chairs. Also everything needed for the beach. A cooler, six chairs, umbrella, paddle boards beach toys and even a kite. The host could not have been nicer. She gave us clear instructions how to get in and lock up and also allowed us to check in early.

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot on the bay for our family gathering. Enjoyed watching the boating activity and the breakfast entertainment of many pelicans diving for their breakfast each day. Great walking path around the bay and our bocce ball competitions on the beach right out front. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the unit is very comfortable and well maintained. Easy check in/out.

The views from the deck are incredible, sunrise in particular. This property has everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. Super kitchen; great living space; well appointed bedrooms; even beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. But the deck! Fantastic view, great patio with nice furniture and fireplace with plenty of propane. Conveniently located to great restaurants and grocery store. Easy check in and check out. Parking a little tight, but workable. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you can imagine using as well as plenty of pots, pans and casserole dishes. Suzi, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful.

Perfect location

If I could have given this place more than 5 stars for location I would have! So close you feel as though you’re on the beach. The apartment is light and spacious and has everything you need, especially in the well equipped kitchen. The terrace is perfect for morning yoga and evening drinks. So many fantastic things to do in the area. The Gocity pass was great for families. Suzi was a helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

The pictures do not do the place justice.

We had the best stay at the property for my daughter’s college graduation. Suzi was so helpful and let us in the property early. The place is fully stocked and everything is thought of. The location is perfect and very clean. We loved every minute. The view is gorgeous and the deck is huge. The only thing to mention is the showers do not have soap or shampoo, but there are lots of stores in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Suzi!!
