The thoughtful sustainable design and low-impact practices, along with excellent fresh water from a local distributor, made our Galápagos trip feel truly responsible and comfortable. "Literally a 5 min walk to Playa Mann and the center of the boardwalk so very convenient location. The owner was very nice and let me use the kitchen and let me know when she was going out. The value was very good. There was good water pressure and lots of hot water but near the end of my stay there seemed to be an issue with the water but couldn't quite understand with my lack of Spanish. Overall a good stay."

The girl at check in was all attitude, we waited a few minutes after she finished with the folks before us and never got a "welcome" we had to beg to have the hot tub warm finally after a day she turned it on and then she tried to scam us for $41 telling us we damaged the sheets and they couldn't clean them.
