"Fantastic location, reasonably priced. No elevator but the front desk employee carried our bags up to our room and brought them back down when we left. Best part was access to the AC compressor area to dry all of our wet clothing and wetsuits in 1-2 hours before having to pack them into our suitcases. "When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. "The outside of the hotel has an eclectic feel with the tropical florals and outer wall cut outs. The room is spacious and basic, with outer balconies including hammocks . Relax beach vibes and close enough to walk to the shoreline where the crabs and sea lions roam in abundance. Service was quick and complimentary breakfast was good."

The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
