Pozzo dei Desideri 1 - Apartment with swimming pool

One of the most charming villas in the Chianti region, this beautifully restored farmhouse is set in a peaceful and panoramic location, offering sweeping views over the Chianti Classico hills.

The villa is divided into 3 spacious and comfortable apartments, each featuring tastefully decorated interiors. Please note that one of the apartments is occupied by the owners.

Distances:
The small town of San Casciano, located in the heart of the Chianti region and offering all types of shops and amenities, is just 1 km away. Florence is 20 km away, and Siena is approximately 60 km from the property.

At guests’ disposal:
Furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1.8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners, shared barbecue, and air conditioning. The villa is accessible via an unpaved yet well-maintained road. Parking is available within the grounds. Small pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Extra services:
Maid service available upon request (to be paid locally). Extra bed available on demand (payment on site). Baby bed available free of charge.

This is one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed at! Gorgeous location, incredibly friendly hosts, very responsive and excellent English. The landscape is breathtaking. Great pool. Easy access to Florence but needs a car. We will be coming back! Thanks for hosting us, we had an amazing time.

Location très bien située à quelques km de san casciano di val de pesa entre firenze et Sienna, très vite accessible par l’autoroute. Le calme est absolu et les levers et couchers de soleil sont extraordinaires. Piscine très agréable. A souligner le professionnalisme et l’accueil exemplaire de Caterina, propriétaire des lieux.

Der Pool befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage, mit Blick auf die umliegende typische toskanische Landschaft. Ruhe, Natur und gleichzeitig eine strategisch günstige Lage, zeichnen dieses schöne toskanische Landhaus aus. Fußläufig erreicht man auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant, dass beste toskanische Küche anbietet. Das Landhaus hat ein sehr gutes Raumklima, was eine Klimaanlage nicht notwendig macht.
