"Hotel far below expectations. The room was very poor, with a view of a wall, no air conditioning, and a musty smell. Breakfast had very limited options; to get a few additional items, it was necessary to pay extra (even though breakfast had already been charged as part of the stay). There were no options to order food at night. A terrible experience. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Great property - staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a VIP check in and they forgot to bring my complimentary bottle of wine. Once I reminded them it was sent to the room. Also look at the bill at check out - they add a room tip for housekeeping that is not mandatory to pay especially if you have already left one in the room."

"El primer cuarto la puerta parecía de un motel de mala racha, me cambiaron y el segundo cuarto se caía la parte donde uno pone la llave para abrir, entrando al cuarto la cerradura de seguridad no servía y la de arriba de la puerta se caía. Tuve que poner la silla y otro mueble para mi seguridad y dormir seguro"
