Nestled in a serene setting near the Trinity River, Trinity Valley Paradise offers an idyllic escape. Unwind by the swimming pool and hot tub, or cozy up to the gas fire pit with s’mores after BBQing on the Weber grill. The main house features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two bathrooms, while additional guests can enjoy a separate luxury studio suite with private bath and kitchenette.

About this space
A luxurious haven nestled in a tranquil setting near the Trinity River. Surrounded by lush greenery and nature's serenity. The swimming pool and hot tub invites visitors to bask in the scenic beauty while enjoying the soothing waters. Inside, each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, ensuring a restful stay. With a perfect blend of modern amenities and natural charm, Trinity Valley Paradise promises a serene escape, where guests can rejuvenate!
The space
The main house has three bedrooms, the master suite has a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom is set up as a bunk room with 3 single beds and floor mats for additional sleeping for the kiddos. The second bathroom has a nice bathtub for soaking. The ‘pool bath’ has a shower and is located off the kitchen and leads out to the pool deck. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, double fridge with ice-maker and is very well stocked!
Sliding glass door in the dining room leads out to the pool deck where you will enjoy an in ground swimming pool (not heated but regularly hits 80 degrees in the summer months). There is cozy two person hot tub tucked in the landscaping next to the outdoor shower. Snuggle up to the gas fire pit after you BBQ some steaks on the Weber grill. There is corn-hole, badminton, and ladder ball outside. Inside there are plenty of board games, cards, art supplies, and arcade cocktail table with hundreds of games to choose from.
The second unit is available for an additional charge and consists of a private detached luxury studio suite with private bath and kitchenette. Select 8 guests or more to gain access.
Trinity village has spotty cell phone service but we have a mesh wifi system connected to Starlink for excellent high speed internet coverage. Set your phone to wifi calling and never miss a beat. Or just turn it off for the weekend and enjoy paradise.

Please note that this property consists of a 3bed/3bath house with an additional separate studio apartment. The apartment is included when you book with 8 or more guests and is an additional charge. We do not book the apartment separately so it will be vacant if you don’t book it.

Start by saying this property is absolutely gorgeous, and the surrounding area is simply amazing. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful, creating a perfect oasis for relaxation. The entire property is so well maintained, reflecting the owners' dedication to making it a wonderful vacation spot. You can tell they’ve really put in the effort to ensure that every detail is just right for their guests. My husband and I had an amazing vacation with our children and grandchildren

Salyer Paradise
All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! This place is indeed a paradise. The pool is sparkling, the grass green and lush, the landscaping out of this world. A peaceful outdoor, gazebo for reading and/or napping. The hot tub was perfect for achy muscles and getting rid of work stress. The kitchen is beautifully supplied, all the bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice linens and large screen TVs. We hung out in the living room on the comfy sofa with the kids. The adult "kids" played on the game table. You will not be disappointed. We will be back!!
