Don't go by the pictures. Room was not very clean and bedding was gross. I should have spent 20.00 more next door at the Hampton . Still have not gotten my 25.00 deposit credited back to my card. I will not use hotels.com if this deposit practice continues. It is a scam by the hotels to bilk you out of money.
I want to start by saying that the reservation process was convenient, and the check-in staff was very helpful and professional. However, despite the overall cleanliness of the room, the smell of cigarette smoke in my "non-smoking" room was a little overwhelming. I ended up going to a nearby market to buy air freshener, and even so, my clothes and bag smelled of cigarette smoke when I left in the morning.
Room was very clean
Deluxe double is the best - you have a mini fridge in the room

When checking in the lady was very helpful and understanding with all my questions. Once we got into our room, we realized that house keeping only cleans the visible areas of the room. We had 1 roll of paper for 4 people.
The room is clean but the problem was when my sister went into the shower there was no bath mat and she slid and fall and hit the right side of her rib cage and right shoulder. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds on each room so I went to checked the other room to see if the bathroom has no bath mat and this other room has bath mat so I wonder why they didn't put a bath mat on our room. I called the manager Diego and told him about the situation that my sister was hurt because she slid in the bath tub while she was showering because it was slippery. He was apologetic and only asked me if I could fill up an incident report and I did. The other thing is there was not enough towels for the 2 rooms each of the room has only two towels and we had to call them to bring up a towel. I hope that they check the room before they let the customers get in the room to make sure everything is complete.
The place is in a lousy location right on the Highway it’s ratchet old ass stink carpeting cigarette burns nasty bed coverings linens the staff was adequate but I’ll never stayed here
You could hear everything from the room next door! This was my first and last stay there. I had to experience loud next door neighbors who were pot heads. To add, someone had broken into their room and stole some of their items when they were gone. They came back started arguing with eachother about how they knew someone would come back and steal something. The cops eventually came, some guests left due to the whole ruckus and I ended up with no sleep!
My stay was not bad other than the toilet did not flush good because it was a low flow toilet. Also one of the sheets that was on the bed had a big stain on it but it was corrected bu the helpful staff
Old building, amenities and furniture. Very limited parking spaces; you can hardly find a spot. Pictures are deceptive. Reality is not as bright as reflected on images.
The staff are friendly and efficient, though, but it is the property that matters more which is not encouraging to stay in again even for lower rates.
The two good things I can say is there's a Starbucks in the same lot and the lady who checked me in. She was super friendly and very personable. Other than that, it was not good. It wasn't super clean, not comfortable, in a rough neighborhood, and the room amenities were non existent. I felt uncomfortable with the area and the people who were around but not seemingly staying at the hotel. Would not recommend.
