"The room was a good size. The bathroom looked dated and had mould around the bath. Shower looked like it could do with a good clean. The single sofa bed was awful to sleep in according to my daughter. She got little sleep. The room was warm despite all the windows being open."

"Great property on all fronts. Clean, modern, comfortable beds and linens, great bathroom and shower with fluffy towels. The hotel is decorated nicely with vibrant colours and tasteful touches. Location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to the retail area and restaurants and pubs. Checking in and out was a breeze using their self serve system. The only complaint is that the rooms were on the small side, but easy to overlook considering all of the other positives. I'd stay here again."

"Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. It was generally clean and well maintained. However, there was quite a strong smell in the room, possibly from an air freshener or cleaning product. Fortunately, the windows could be opened, which helped to keep the room well ventilated. The main area that could be improved is the air conditioning. In one of our rooms, the air conditioning was quite noisy throughout the night, while in the other room, the unit was dripping water. Luckily, the weather was not too hot, so we did not need to keep the air conditioning on all the time. I hope the hotel can look into these issues. One thing definitely worth mentioning is that most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay a pleasant one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again in the future."
