"The front door didn’t seal when closed. You could see gaps almost all the way around the door. The lock on the door was falling off. The toilet didn’t flush even if you just peed you had to plung it every time. The water in the shower was barely Luke warm. Bed was sooooo squeaky and loud!"

"Check in was very fast. Desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate, but had limited selection. Hotel is close to the interstate - convenient but not noisy."

"Beautiful lodge. Staff were wonderful. Service in restaurant was great but food was average."

"There was black mold in the ice machine. Three air driers would not work, one caught on fire. Not the cleanest. Not going to recommend."

"Friendly, efficient staff. The rooms and common areas were clean. Indoor pool. Nice selection for breakfast. Indoor hallways but very quiet"

"Breakfast was a joke, we would go down by 6:30 and everything was gone. They had one waffle machine with a line all the time. There where people that lived there and they where dirty. Within 5 minutes of being in our room we had someone knocking on our door and when you went to answer it no one was there. Felt very unsafe. "I usually stay away from Best Westerns because I’ve been disappointed more often than not. But I’m glad I picked this one. Clean, helpful staff, and a good breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it."

"The hotel is okay for a nights sleep. Mattress was hard. Breakfast was mediocre."

"Decent room for the price just passing through. My only complaint is the hot water didn’t work in the last room # 39. I didn’t bring it to their attention as I had just took a shower that morning but I would make sure you have hot water if wanting to take a shower or bath before you move all your stuff into the room. All in all decent price, clean property and quiet."

"I travel for a living, and I needed a place near Rolla but out of the hustle and bustle of the University. Coming in for business and alumni events, this was perfect for me. Clean, tidy, well maintained, helpful staff, pet friendly (Stella gives it 2 paws up!!) Close to amenities, easy on, easy off the highway. Perfect for me to attend events at the university and work from the hotel the remaining days of my stay. No complaints"

"The site advertised breakfast but there were only candy bars"

"What stay at this motel again?"

"clean"
