"We thought the room was clean and tidy. The floor we were on was quiet. However, while we were in the room, another guest used his key to enter our room. It was an honest mistake on his part, but we were very surprised that his key would work on our door. We notified the front desk and they immediately assigned us to a different room. The room was just as clean and tidy, but the faucet in the bathroom was broken. "

"The king bed room was nice. Just wish the shades blocked more of the light that comes into the window at night from the lights that shine on the building. Also the pillows were way to soft for me. Had to double them up. And not many options for breakfast either. "

"We stayed there due to an event we were competing in close by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Rustic is an older building, but well maintained. More well maintained than a lot of the more expensive name brand places. The linens were clean, the furniture in great shape, and they provided plenty of towels and pillows in the room, so much so you didn't need to ask for anything.
