"Unique and interesting decor. Very dog friendly and the breakfast was great. There's a lovely Italian restaurant (pizza pizza) just down the road (not open on a Monday though). We stayed at this hotel in the way to Portugal in March and in the way back to the UK in May and we were certainly happy to visit a second time."
"Posada Real Castillo del Buen Amor — The Castle of Good Love — is aptly named. The original fortress dates back to the 11th century, and in the 14th century it was transformed into a palace. Today, it offers guests a unique opportunity to step back in time while enjoying historic rooms equipped with modern conveniences.
Dining in the restaurant — located in the original dungeon — was a highlight. The food was excellent and moderately priced, adding to the overall value of the stay.
