great space for a family get-together of all ages.

Helped to have big internal space and sauna/jacuzzi during inclement weather. We loved La Noue -a small village we did not know about before - only a short walk from the villa.

Beautiful stay in Ile de Re

Great location and lovely villa: the pool, hot-tub and sauna were all really lovely features - the living space was exceptional and virtually like new! We enjoyed La Noue, the local market, we cycled to La Flotte and also headed back across the bridge to visit La Rochelle on one, unusually, cloudy day. Recommended.

A Wonderful Villa

What a find! This was our 6th visit to Ile de Re and this villa was by far the finest we have stayed in on the island. Beautifully designed and fully appointed throughout with every ammenity needed for a luxurious week or two on holiday. The interior is filled with quirky artwork and furniture, and more than big enough for a full house of 10 guests. It's huge! The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are all well decorated and have comfortable quality beds with plenty of wardrobe storage. It was all very clean and kept in good condition. The outdoor area has a lovely garden with pool,sun lounger, sauna, jacuzzi, a BBQ and even a bar! We were met on arrival by Justine our charming host and the lovely & friendly owner met us at the villa on our departure. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying here.

Bij het inchecken moest veel bladzijdes ondertekend worden en die waren er alleen in het Frans. Dat is klantonvriendelijk voor de niet frans sprekende klanten. En als je niet tekent, krijg je de sleutel niet.
