"This is our second visit as Mother and Daughter - it's becoming a pre-Christmas tradition. We love this hotel. It is so cozy! Always clean, always friendly and always a welcomed retreat. Spa, restaurant etc is lovely. Parking great and the bus stop directly outside takes you straight into the town centre for a bit of shopping - such an easy place to have as a base for exploring and staying in Winchester. We'll be back again next year!"

"Really nice hotel, staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice. There was parking available. The only issue was that the bathroom was not as shown in picture, maybe needs renovation. Everything else was great. "

"Welcoming staff. Beautiful (small but fine for us) room. Great bed and bedding. Fabulous shower. We stayed in a Clubroom on floor 5. In the evening the bar/grill had a great vibe. Lovely grilled chicken wraps and chips for lunch. "
