Located in the charming hamlet of Anguneau welcomes you this beautiful vacation home with pool not far from the town of Bergerac. The property is located at the end of a small road and is a very beautiful house in the typical architectural style of the region or the Périgord. It features an original dovecote, now perfectly renovated and integrated, a charming and timeless interior and large rooms, including a spacious entrance hall. Upstairs, a bright bathroom with tub awaits you, and the kitchen impresses with modern equipment, including good freezing facilities and wine refrigerators for optimal storage of your best wines from the region. On the 25 hectares of land that surrounds the property grow several protected forests with beautiful clearings. Stroll here in peace while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.
