"It's a Amazing property ..great service and food ...E P club if you have upgraded rooms ..I booked through hotels.com and thought that a deluxe room would be big enough but no the hotels.com rep in booking didn't have the knowledge about the property...so we had to find out the hard way ..pay double the amount we wanted to spend ...thats was the only bad experience I had ....so please do your own research about with room and service is good for you ....other then that there ia alot to do at the...

"Wow!!! Best Resort and vacation experience ever!!! Service was impeccable and I was addressed by name. The room attendants were excellent and went into lengths to ensure that best service. Food extraordinary. Words cannot begin to express the beauty and opulence of the property. Best experience however was the humbleness and dedication of the staff which was consitently demonstrated."

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."
