"The hotel is way too pricey. It is priced as a 5 star hotel, however, the service level is not there. We called room service 4 times at 9.30PM, concierge 4 times, front desk 4 times and the main hotel line 4 times with no response. We had to get dressed and go to the reception desk to get the service. ..."
