House of about 160m2 with swimming pool, in the heart of the wild marsh. Close to a pier offering boat rides. Also ideal starting point for bike rides in the Marais Poitevin. Located in a village with all shops and 30 minutes from La Rochelle and the island of Ré. It has a large garden in a very quiet environment, two terraces, a barbecue and a swing frame.
