"The toilet has inadequate space for adults in the lower floor levels. We were re-assigned to a top-floor apartment that did have adequate toilet space, although because the city was under a heat wave, the room was several degrees hotter than the lower levels. The hotel is not air-conditioned, which under normal circumstances would not be an issue, but even with the fan supplied, the room was about 30 C"

"Heb hier eerder overnacht en miste de waterkoker er naar gevraagd en de receptioniste keek mij heel vreemd aan en had er geen zei ze, voor de rest was alles in orde."

"Stayed in a pretty basic room. Near the railway station in a quiet neighborhood. The room had an unpleasant odour. I reported it to the front desk but they said they would talk to housekeeping the next day I opened the window and that helped"
