It was amazing the staff and the hotel. We also booked a trip at the hotel to Luxor and that was amazing. Dont miss to snorkel by the beach.

Great resort location in the door step of the beach. All food and drinks included with amazing clean rooms and absolutely amazing staff from reception to the bar staff to the wait staff, absolutely everybody. Also a great locations for activities, not too close and not too far away. Super family friendly as well, it was 10/10.

This place was amazing! The views were great and peaceful. It was super clean and staff were amazing. The only issue is that the pools and hot tub close right before dark. It would be nice if they were open in the evening.

Nice all inclusive hotel

When we booked the hotel we totally missed that it is an all inclusive resort. Normally it is not our preferred type of hotel but we were positively surprised in general. The room was nice, the free drinks didn't give too much headache, most personnel was nice (some exceptions behind the bars and the reception). A little bit too much action by the pool with water gym etc. But overall we had some good days here

Ein schönes Resort mit toller, gepflegter und sauberer Anlage, nettem Personal, leckerem Essen, sauberen Zimmern und guter Unterhaltung. Hier und da hat das Resort eine kleine Auffrischung verdient. An manchen Stellen sind kleine Baustellen, was fĂŒr Modernisierung und Reparatur steht. Man darf sogar das Nachbarhotel Pyramisa inkl. Restaurants und Bars mit benutzen. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ä°lk giriƟimizde odamızın manzarasını beğenmedik.resepsiyondaki Meryem hanım hemen yardımcı oldu gĂŒzel manzaralı ve fazladan bir yatak olan oda ayarladı. Otel yeni olduğu için odaları gayet ferah ve temiz. Otel personeli son derece gĂŒleryĂŒzlĂŒ, sĂŒrekli bir Ɵey ister misiniz diye soruyorlar. Odaların rutin temizliği çok iyi. Ailecek gelip tercih edebilirsiniz.Sahilinde kıyıdan biraz uzaklaĆŸÄ±nca mercan kayalıklarında rengarenk balıkları gözleyebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki barı 24 saat hizmet veriyor. Yemekleri gayet gĂŒzel ve çeƟitli. Aquaparkında çocuklar çok eğlendi. Her Ɵey için teƟekkĂŒr ederiz.

Von aussen wow und auch manche Mitarbeiter und der Strand sind super, aber ansonsten eine Katastrophe. Was 5 Sterne Luxury; nicht mal 3 Sterne sind da angebracht. Dreckige Zimmer, teilweise dreckige BettwĂ€sche, Matratzen die nur noch fĂŒr den Abfall geeignet sind..... und wenn man dann eine neue Matratze bekommt ist diese steinhart. Da könnte man genauso gut auf der Sonnenliege schlafen. Keine Topper vorhanden. Meine Suite war dauerbeschallt, Tag und Nachts durch die Aggregate der Klimaanlage und durch das Entertainment des Tochter/Partyhotels von nebenan. Nie wieder!

Bra ren hotel med bra personal . Inte luxury som namnet men pÄ god vÀg . Gratis bubbel pool och Ätta ala cart restauranger. Bra matutbud med som alla resorts Àr det mycket folk i salen . Man kan Àven nyttja Hotel Pyramisa som ligger byggnaden brevid. Fin strand men vackert vatten. Inga jobbiga sÀljare som Àr pÄstridiga. Utsikt frÄn rum med pool utsikt som bild.

Wir haben kĂŒrzlich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel verbracht und leider gibt es einige negative Punkte, die wir anmerken mĂŒssen. ZunĂ€chst ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig. Es war fast unmöglich, Ruhe zu finden, da man sĂ€mtliche GerĂ€usche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur mitbekam, von den lauten BĂŒhnenpartys ganz zu schweigen. Das Zimmer selbst war leider lieblos eingerichtet und wirkte karg, in der Dusche fehlte leider auch die Ablagemöglichkeit fĂŒr Shampoos. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants boten praktisch das gleiche Essen wie im Buffet, was wenig Abwechslung versprach. Zu allem Überfluss gab es nur Dosenbier, und Wein wurde ausschließlich als trockene Variante angeboten, was nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. Am Strand waren die meisten Liegen schon frĂŒhmorgens reserviert, sodass es schwierig war, eine freie zu finden. Das Buffetrestaurant erinnerte mehr an eine Kantine als an ein gemĂŒtliches Restaurant, was die AtmosphĂ€re deutlich trĂŒbte, jedoch war die Auswahl an Essen groß und fĂŒr jeden war etwas da. Der Außenbereich des Buffetrestaurants wurde mit einer sehr großen Leinwand auf dem Wiederholungen von vergangenen Fußballspielen liefen geschmĂŒckt, welches das ganze wieder extrem ungemĂŒtlich machte. Besonders unangenehm fand ich es, zu beobachten, wie einige Mitarbeiter von den höher gestellten Kollegen streng geschimpft wurden. Das hinterlĂ€sst einen negativen Eindruck und hat das WohlfĂŒhlambiente stark beeintrĂ€chtigt. Strand, Service, Mostafa
