"The hotel and staff are excellent. Everything there is super nice. The only problem we had is serving times. If you have early activities breakfast doesn't start until 7 so we only had 30m to eat before dives and then we had a couple times where we got back in between serving times so we couldn't eat for 30-60m which isn't long but when you've been out all day and the only option is room service. They should have something open all day. And when food closes they take everything quickly even the coffee and soda. Like leave those out/on for self serve. ?? The ice cream is only open 7-9pm not during the day. The hot tubs are open during the day close at 5, you want to use the hot tub at night when it's cool out. Just stuff like that doesn't make sense. Overall beautiful and great place. Oh and bring water shoes, only one beach area has sand the rest is rock/coral, hard on the feet. Also at night they lock a lot of the bathrooms on the beach and farther away from the restaurants."

"10 out of 10. It was my family and I, first time in Hurghada and we decided to stay at the Jaz Elite Asteria. When we arrived we were greeted at the entrance and directed to the lobby as staff collected our bags. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. In the lobby we were given welcome drinks. The only small thing to nitpick was I felt check-in took to long. However, it was worth the wait. Because Manager SAAD upgraded our room to the swim up suite!! The room was in pristine condition. The entire property is fabulous. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the amenities are outstanding. Special thanks to Manager SAAD and Assistant Manager MEZNI for making our stay a memorable experience. We will return."
