"The lobby area was clean and nicely decorated. Very nice bar area and we had a clean comfortable room. The favorite part of my trip was the front desk attendant, Pamela. She initially greeted us with a very friendly hello and brief conversation, thanked my 90 year old Navy Veteran father for his service and felt more like a friend than an employee at a business. Every morning and afternoon we were greeted with big smiles and genuine interest in our daily plans and then how our day was. "Our flight got cancelled at DFW so we were exhausted, frustrated and hungry. Staff was very friendly! They had a little diner type of restaurant. Food was fine, room was clean and shuttle was perfect. I would definitely recommend it for an airport hotel. "
