Note: These are starter items. For longer stays, we recommend bringing or purchasing any additional supplies you may need.

We have air mattresses/pump, plenty of board & card games and a basketball hoop with ball to offset all the lazy beach and pool days! Please note this property has external security cameras for your added safety and protection.

The house is located on the mainland side of Cape Cod, so you get all the benefits of the Cape without the weekend and holiday traffic! The Sagamore Bridge is less than a mile away, along with the canal nearby for popular fishing and beaches.

Please note this is a very quiet, residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac road. Absolutely no parties, loud music, or otherwise disruptive activities. We love our neighbors and want to respect our peaceful community. This is not a spring-break party house. There are properties on the Cape side for that. :) We want our guests to have a fun and relaxing time.
