"Excellent"

"Host was great and the location was good! The only thing I didn’t realize upon booking was how many stairs there were to get up and down from the basement floor and main floor. Besides that a good stay!"

"We liked the wash/dry machine in the room. The staff were nice especially Mr. Naoki helped us print out our train tickets. We’re not sure how to go with"

"The staff was just ok. Not a very welcoming feeling. Overall clean place to stay in shibuya but nothing extra ordinary."

"Location is great. They do have a washing machine and a vending machine."

"Limited eateries nearby."

"Great!"

"Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run"
