"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider wussten wir vor der Anreise nicht, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war es im Zimmer kaum auszuhalten. Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass diese nur für bestimmte Zimmerkategorien vorgesehen ist. Da wir das günstigste Zimmer gebucht hatten, konnten wir sie nicht nutzen. Auch ein Wasserkocher war im Zimmer nicht vorhanden,...

"We arrived a little early because it was very hot in the city center. Thankfully, our room was ready and the staff were so kind as to let us into our room early. I had read some reviews that were a little negative and was slightly concerned prior to our arrival. All the negative issues were non-existent for us. Our room was at the end of the hall, near the Autobahn and we did not hear any vehicle noise during the night. The beds were suitable for the sleep that we needed, though a little softer...

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."
