"Nice and clean nice bed room and stuff all good"

"Took 30 minutes to check in. Hotel was overbooked so was questionable if we got a room. Spider in bed and evidence of more at ceiling. Toilet handle stuck and wouldn’t flush. Some mix up with key cards so was concerned someone else could enter our room."

"We had booked two rooms and rooms 214 and 215 were alloted. Room 214 did not have enough lights.. there was only one bed lamp a and AC's was not functional. We had arrived for a Night stay but ended being in 215 where our friends stayed. No staff to support or neither."

"We arrived early so we just went ahead in to see if our rooms were ready. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. He asked us to give him an hour and our rooms would be done. True to his words, our rooms were ready in an hour. They smelled wonderful because the floor had been freshly mopped. The air conditioner in our room was fabulous.
