"All staff at The Swan were extremely helpful and cheerful, willing to help anyone.
The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plenty of choice along with the various juices, yoghurts, fruits and pastries.
Our room 9 was beautiful and we found it to be spotlessly clean on arrival, decorated lovely too.
I would have saved myself around £50 if I had booked directly with the hotel itself though."
