Maybe I just had high expectations but for what we paid for the stay I found the room tired and it was extremely cold. There was a heater provided but it kept cutting out. For such a large hotel there is extremely limited parking in hotel car park. Staff while polite where not knowledgeable about hotel procedures and receptionist seemed preoccupied. "

"We booked a room with a patio, knowing the weather was going to be good, so it was lovely to be able to sit outside and look at the beautiful scenery. It was midweek during the Easter school break but the spa facilities were quiet which was nice and we swam and sunbathed 2 days in a row. Restaurant was good including breakfast and dinner. Staff all lovely. "
