Definitely recommend and reservations book way out, so book early! And tip: ask for Mark to be your driver... Seriously I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel was comfy and the pool was a great relief after the day sightseeing. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a family room too. Perfect spot to explore Rotorua.

It at our needs for a one night with three adults. Easy parking. The economy apartment has enough space, with some separation. And a decent size kitchen with a full fridge. Conveniently located for the activities. The one downside was that is right on a main street with older, thin glass windows, so you can hear a lot of the traffic noise. I wear noise cancelling headphones when I travel so I’m OK but my hubby found it kept him awake.

The rooms are spacious, and a short walk to downtown Queenstown. Would definitely stay again. If you get a room with a view of the lake and city, it is well worth it.

This is an older property and needs a bit more maintenance. Nevertheless, it was very clean and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. And the in-room geothermal spa pool was very beneficial. I would certainly stay here again!

Nice tidy unit. Lovely & warm with the radiator heaters. Big bed and well made. Quiet street.Only disappointment, the fridge wasn't working and the hot water in the shower fluctuated a lot.
