Loved the spa. Clean room, extra blankets, tidy, central. Loved the enclosed space at the back. Collection of shampoo, condition, body wash, detergent. Internet was slow at times to run our apps on the tv (netflix, sky). We casted sky through our phone.

Room was perfect for families. Very friendly staff. Hot tub wasn't working (waiting on the council, so wasn't their fault) but the motel supplied a free pass for our family to the Polynesian Spas which was lovely. Easy parking right outside our room door. Definitely would stay again

Friendly staff, loved the room but some things needed some attention. Hot tub was a HUGE bonus. Already planning our next couples trip and leaving the kids behind to have that Hot tub to ourselves. Close to the RSA with great food and easy to find.

Room was nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond! I was going to be late for check-in so I called and they said that is absolutely fine, then mads arrangements for my room key. I had a total of 5 guests so the staff gave a few extra towels, even a few hot chocolates for the kids. I was able to wash and dry all our laundry.

Shower was overflowing told staff must have clogged pipes was told ok nothing was done told them walking through water didn’t bother them that 20mm of water had been sitting in there whole 2 days on leaving told them water still all around toilet they just said be sorted today told him a bit late I’m leaving also told them no hot water in kitchen sink tried to see if it’s due to gas so turned on off several times and still nothing very frustrating and a waste of my money for two nights

Rooms were nice and clean, hot pool was amazing for a long day of exploring close to Fish n chip shop and a dairy around the corner. To make these rooms exceptional though... an aircon should be installed. Easy to find, great quiet location, not far from town.
