Staff good. Easy. check in car parking allocated is not close to room upstairs room hard to get luggage up to be okay if you only had an overnight stay

Copthorne Hotel Rotorua
The room was clean beds super comfy. The pressure in the shower wasn't amazing but I find it hard to find any hotel with good water pressure. The heated pool and spa were great he kids loved it.
