"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. There are also lots of power outlets for your devices! From Front desk to room service, to security, every staff member we encountered was always kind, above and beyond friendly, and helpful."

"No hot breakfast the first morning and the other mornings were all the same items. More variety would have been nice"

"Miguel in the breakfast room is fantastic!!! Staff at reception was very nice and efficient. The barman needs to go back to charm school for a refresher. Seems like he hates his job and barely tolerates his customers. $72 a night for parking is just too much and taints the entire experience. This is the second time I've stayed there and that fee was much less 6 months ago. Sorry but this will be the last time I stay in the Softiel because of this. Philly has many great hotels."

"The staff was so friendly and allowed an early check in after our red eye. Everyone was kind all throughout the stay. The room and bed and property in general were amazing and comfortable. Super central to city hall and walkable to a lot of places to eat, drink, etc. Would recommend."
