"The accommodations were quite acceptable but it was the receptionist Chantelle who made our stay extraordinary. She greeted us upon our arrival and on her own upgraded our room to an ocean view. Whenever we needed something or was just passing she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return again. When she realized it was our anniversary, she rushed to get us some chocolate candy as a gift."

"Warm, comfortable apartment in the absolutely best part of Newport. Very close to all the beautiful mansions & museums. Extremely clean and fully stocked with the essentials. Lou is a great host. We will stay here whenever we come to Newport. Thanks again Lou!!"

"The property was great. The views from the upstairs and the roof deck were absolutely stunning. Perfectly located close to anything and everything! Property was listed with 2 king beds but there was only one. Very small issues but overall it was a great stay! "

"My family and I very much enjoyed staying here! The hosts were lovely and check in was simple and straightforward. Location was wonderful, very safe, quiet, and easily within walking distance of downtown and the wharf.The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and we enjoyed some of the board games. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with various soaps/towels/etc.Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for 8 people.And parking could NOT be beat!!! We were in town for Newport Motor Week, and it was positively fantastic to have enough spage in the property to park a few cars! "

"The home was as pictured online. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/living space was a good size. This home was very close to the shopping/wharf area (about half mile walk) and plenty of restaurants very close by as well. There was pretty regularly a parking spot right out front or just a couple doors down. Very comfortable and easy to communicate with the owner. Would stay here again!"
