- Vantage Point is an ultra-luxury oceanfront villa on Emerald Bay with stunning turquoise views and a private infinity edge pool. Melt away on Emerald Bay Beach and enjoy 3 restaurants within walking distance (23 north grill, Palapa, & Sandy Toes). Salt Restaurant is a 3 minute car or golf cart ride. Relax in the great room with 30-ft ceilings and melt away in your private infinity pool with unobstructed views of the crystal clear Emerald Bay. Enjoy the SONOS sound system (inside & outside), Starlink Internet, and a full-house Generac Generator (blackouts happen often in Exuma). Let our team arrange for private chefs, boat tours, grocery shopping, car rentals, diner reservations, beach picnics, and more! Our job is to ensure you fall in love with Exuma just as we have.....
